Cancellation policy
Please give me much notice as possible .
In case of cancellations or reschedule less than 48 hours of the appointment, I will charge 50% of the full price, and 100% charge on the day of appointment(less than 24h .)
By booking online, you understand and agree to the booking policy, Please give me at least 48h notice to avoid any charges.

​I send confirmation texts or emails for all of appointments.

If you do not receive these between 24 hours of booking your appointment then please contact me ASAP via email or WhatsApp as your appointment is not confirmed.
This can be due to incorrect contact information, a problem with our booking system or a miscommunication that can be resolved easily if we are informed.

Reminder
I send reminders to all client for their appointments 72hours before.
This means, if you wish to cancel when you receive your reminder, that will be free of charge as this is more than 48h befroe your appointment.
Please be aware that anything under 48h will be a charge.

​Infill
Please note: Infill is recommended every 2-4 weeks ,When booking infills please ensure that you have at least 40% of lashes left on, any appointments after 4 weeks will need to be booked as a new set appointment. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment or to charge a new set price if you come with almost no lashes left.
We do not infill other salon's work due to unexpected quality work also we cannot expect the treatment time needed. Please book a removal and a new set.

Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Every appointment has been allocated a time slot especially for the needs of a client and we would like you to get the most of your time. ​
If you have a make up on, please allow yourself extra 10 minutes to remove all make up.
Being unable to arrive early with make up on, we will have to deduct make up removal time from treatment time.
Arriving late will result having less time for your treatment and we cannot guarantee being able to give you the full service.
