Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or approved booking channels. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, and the full service fee may still apply. Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable time may be treated as a no-show.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total service price.
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a corrective solution.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. Blink PN Lash cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

Children & Guests

For safety and comfort reasons, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

Blink PN Lash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if these Terms & Conditions are not respected.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
