Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, all services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact Blink PN Lash within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, may offer a corrective service at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the service

  • Dissatisfaction without allowing us the opportunity to assess or correct the issue

  • No-shows or late cancellations

  • Results affected by failure to follow aftercare advice

Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Blink PN Lash is not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications.
